Coaching, Consulting, Counselling and Psychotherapy Services
Find Your Way Ltd is a confidential service.
Identifiable Information is gathered for the purpose of contacting Find Your Way Ltd clients in order to run the business.
Find Your Way Ltd collect and process the following personal data from clients. Personal data: name, address, contact phone numbers, email address. Sensitive personal data: Signed consent to the contract, session records (notes, letters, reports and/or outcome measures). Date of Birth is collected along with GP surgery and Emergency Contact Details in case of medical/health emergency. The full set of this information is kept securely.
Only the necessary personal information is passed to coaches, consultants, counsellors and therapists to make contact with clients.
Find Your Way Ltd will never sell client personal information to a third party organisation. Other transfers of information would only be done at the request of, or with knowledge of, the client or if necessitated by law.
Coaches, Counsellors and Psychotherapists keep brief factual notes on the client sessions to maintain a professional and effective service. These notes are anonymous and do not contain names or identifying personal details. Clients using the service will be informed of the above during their initial session. They have a right to access all notes which refer to them at any point and up to one year afterwards.
In the event that your coach, counsellor or Psychotherapist is incapacitated by illness or accident and unable to contact you themselves, then a trusted professional colleague has access to client contact details and will contact you to inform you and to offer support.
All notes and records are kept securely. They are kept for one year after the completion of the work and are then disposed of securely. In the case of a minor, for a period of at least five years after the minor reaches majority.
All coaches, counsellors and Psychotherapists are members of a professional body.
Find Your Way Ltd is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adheres to their respective ethical framework(s) for good practice. Copies of which can be found at:
